Look up, Twin Cities!

The northern lights — also known as aurora borealis — might be visible on Thursday night.

The northern lights might be visible on the night of Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023 and into Friday according to the Twin Cities office of the National Weather Service. (Courtesy of Twin Cities office of the National Weather Service.)

“Clouds should hold off for most until 5am, so if everything cooperates, you can see if you can spot it anywhere away from light pollution,” the Twin Cities office of the National Weather Service wrote in a post on X.
