DULUTH — It was quite a sight for shipwatchers Tuesday afternoon as the saltie MV Ronnie arrived with wind turbine blades at the Port of Duluth-Superior.
Ronnie, which sails under the flag of Antigua and Barbuda, has a unique look, including fire-engine-red paint. According to the website VesselFinder, Ronnie, built in 2021, is 144.7 meters (almost 475 feet) long and 23.06 meters (over 75.5 feet) wide. The vessel is part of dship Carriers’ fleet.
