St. Paul native and CNN anchor Laura Coates served as the opening moderator for this past weekend’s MinnPost Festival, facilitating a one-on-one interview with Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
The near hour conversation inside the sanctuary of Westminster Presbyterian Church touched on a wide range of topics, with democracy becoming a recurring theme between the two legal minds. Coates is a former federal prosecutor and authored “Just Pursuit – A Black Prosecutor’s Fight for Fairness.”
