MEADOWLANDS A 25-year-old man was found dead at the scene of a flipped-over vehicle in a water-filled ditch on County Highway 7 south of County Highway 133 in Meadowlands Township on Sunday morning, according to a report from the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office.
Zachary Nicholas Johnson, of Culver, was the only occupant of the vehicle when he was found dead at 8:55 a.m. The incident remains under investigation by the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office and St. Louis Sheriff’s Office.
