Minneapolis approves ‘polarizing’ fencing plan for Minnehaha Off-Leash Dog Park

Star Tribune reports the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and the National Park Service will install $70,000 of fencing around the Minnehaha Off-Leash Dog Park. “The proposal, which would sever the dog park from a large segment of the beaches where dogs currently play, has polarized park users…”
