Members of the Kitchi Gammi Club in Duluth will mark the club’s 100th annual meeting today and are expected to discuss whether women should be extended full membership. Tradition is a cornerstone among the current membership of 534 men, said member Robert Banks Sr., who will preside over the meeting. Duluth port officials learned that they’ll get $108,000 from the state to help pay for an international marketing program. The Minnesota International Trade Office’s contribution will amount to about one-third of the port’s marketing budget.
