Hennepin County Medical Examiner seeks identity of woman’s body

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner is asking for assistance identifying a woman who died Sept. 29 in Hennepin Healthcare’s Emergency Room.

A press release Wednesday said the unknown woman was roughly 40 to 50 years old, weighed 142 pounds and had a height of 5 feet 3 inches. The medical examiner described her complexion as “light brown” and said she was possibly Native American, Asian or Hispanic with brown eyes and medium-length brown hair.

On Oct. 4, 2023, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office asked for assistance to identify a person in their custody. Tattooed on her right upper arm was “LO. The woman also had a tattoo on her upper right arm that reads “LO. DOWN.” She was found in grey pajama pants with red and black moose, bear and tree shapes, a red crewneck sweatshirt with “LOS ANGELES USA CITY OF ANGELS” printed on the front and a scarf.
