A group of Duluth residents who don’t like Mayor John Fedo are trying to oust him with a campaign complete with bumper stickers. Organizer Robert A. “Robin” Walker said he’s fed up with Fedo, and that’s what his bumper sticker says, using Fedo’s name with the “o” crossed out. It’s been adopted by the “Committee to De-Fedo.” Voters in the Village of Cable dissolved their home government in favor of becoming part of the Town of Cable by next spring. The referendum attracted 87 voters in the Bayfield County community of 226, with 153 registered voters.
